Nick Kent
Chief Executive Officer (Group)
Nick is the Group Chief Executive
Officer of Alpha. Previously Nick was a Senior Partner at Accenture where he ran the Asset Management practice.
Nick has over 25 years of experience consulting across all aspects of asset management business with particular emphasis around addressing complex operations and IT issues. Nick has also worked extensively internationally including the US, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Nick Baker
Chief Financial Officer (Group)
Nick is the Group Chief Financial
Officer of Alpha.
Before co-founding Alpha, Nick was a
senior member of Accenture’s Financial
Services strategy practice. He is well
known in the market for particular
expertise in outsourcing, complex
operational change, M&A and product
development and advises Management
Boards across Europe.
Nick holds a double starred first in
Experimental Psychology from Cambridge
University.

Luc Baque
Chief Executive Officer (France)
Luc is the Chief Executive Officer of
Alpha Financial Markets Consulting SAS, the French
subsidiary of Alpha. Before
joining Alpha, Luc spent 5 years with
UBS in Paris and was Head of Change
Management. Prior to that, Luc spent 6
years with Solving International, a
management consultancy, specialising in
asset and wealth management in Europe.

Neil Curham
Director (UK)
Neil is a Director at Alpha FMC
joining in April 2011 as a result of the
acquisition of Tomtom Consultants. Neil
established Tomtom Consultants in 2005
to become the leading consultant to
Distribution in Investment Management.
Neil has fifteen years experience
working within Investment Management
Distribution and has more than eight
years consultancy experience. During
this time, Neil has assisted with
business, operational and technical
strategy addressing areas such as
Service Proposition, Client Relationship
Management, Client Communications,
Marketing Automation and Web Delivery.

Greg Faragher-Thomas
Director (UK)
Greg has over 10 years experience
within the asset management area with
emphasis around the front office IT
space dealing with both traditional and
alternative managers. Before joining
Alpha, Greg spent 5 years with Charles
River Development and prior to that 4
years with Bluebay Asset Management and
JPM Asset Management respectively. Greg
holds a degree in economics.

Euan Fraser
Chief Executive Officer (UK)
Euan is the UK Chief Executive
Officer of Alpha and joined in October 2004. Before joining Alpha, Euan was a Director at Synagir management consultancy with responsibility for asset management. Euan has several years financial services experience with Merrill Lynch and KPMG. Euan is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Edinburgh University.

Richard Goddard
Director (Luxembourg)
Richard is a Director of Alpha Financial Markets Consulting S.A.
(Luxembourg). After completing his DPhil at the University of Oxford, he started his career in the UK with Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Richard moved to Luxembourg in 1991 and subsequently held various senior positions with ABN AMRO and Fleming Asset Management. Most recently, he was Head of European Funds at ABN AMRO Asset Management.

Bo Lantorp
Director (UK)
Bo is a Director of Alpha. Before joining Alpha, he was a senior member of the Corporate Strategy Team at National Australia Group Europe. Prior to that Bo spent 10 years with Accenture and was a senior member of their Financial Services Strategy Practice. He has also worked as an independent consultant in the asset management industry. Bo holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Stuart McNulty
Director (UK)
Stuart is a Director of Alpha. Stuart
began his career at Accenture, where he
specialised in the Capital Markets
sector, leading projects ranging from
system implementations to process change
initiatives. Stuart then moved to J.P.
Morgan, where he ran strategic projects
within the Credit Exotics and Hybrids
Middle Office team, before joining Alpha
in 2007. Since then, Stuart has worked
on a wide variety of Asset Management
projects, including new product
development, competitive analysis, rate
card reviews and large-scale onboarding
programmes.
Stuart holds a First Class honours
degree in Computer Science from the
University of Sheffield

Shibu Nair
Executive Vice President (US)
Shibu is an Executive Vice President
of the US subsidiary of Alpha Financial
Markets Consulting Group, which includes
Omega Contracts. Shibu joined Alpha FMC
in September 2010, prior to which he was
an independent consultant with hedge
fund SAC Capital and a Senior Manager
with Accenture's capital markets
practice in New York.
Shibu holds a MBA in Finance from the
Stern School of Business, New York
